At one of our stalls last year, a customer commented that she probably couldn't eat any of our food since she had recently been diagnosed as coeliac. I surprised myself when I looked and realised that apart from the samosas she could eat everything else.
She could have the pakoras, chick pea curry, lamb, rice and the bean salad.
In fact, take away the chapatti flour or semolina and there are hundreds of delicious recipes for you to enjoy. Many recipes requiring flour actually use gram, corn or rice flour.
